Checking in...

Hey ladies,

How are you doing? Have you stuck with the food and exercise plans?

What's been the hardest part for you? What's your favorite meal? Are you seeing results?

I hope everyone is still working hard and pushing toward their goals... There's still plenty of time to get fit before the holidays! Keep working it!

  1. I love eating greek yogurt. I recently bought an ice cream maker and make frozen yogurt with stevia and pudding mix...super yummy! I also like cooking grilled chicken (with hot sauce) and eating it for several meals. It makes planning easier, which is my hardest part.

  2. I'm also finding that I have to work harder to motivate myself to hit the gym after work now that it is getting dark so early. I bring my workout stuff with me, so I don't have any excuses!

  3. Greek yogurt has been a go-to for me too. I'm keeping up with my food & exercise, I just need to continue to be as organized as I was for Week 1!

  4. I love Greek yogurt, too! It's so versatile. I'm making fall apple salad tomorrow with Greek yogurt, green apple, grapes & walnuts.
