What did you do today?

Hey ladies... Just checking in, to see what kind of workout you did today? What's your favorite exercises so far? What's your favorite meal so far?

  1. I love it my.workout both of them is hard but I love that it more of a challenge for me .I am love my meal all of them . I cant believe all of the different ways you can use Greek yogurt

  2. Yay! So happy to hear that, Kendra! Greek yogurt is totally a superfood! It's so veratile and so healthy! We buy in bulk at Costco... Kirkland brand is super high in protein and low in sugar.

  4. Today I did the cardio interval and upper body.. i love all the workouts.. i like the feeling of accomplishment when I'm done. Plus I am learning some new moves.
